Photographer and documentary filmmaker, Mark Escribano is an artist who often places artists as his primary subject matter. Working in a range of visual mediums and styles from short films to television and features, Escribano investigates the challenges inherent within the multitude of processes surrounding artistic endeavor.

ANDREW SWANT
EDITOR
Andrew Swant co-wrote and starred in The Jeffrey Dahmer Files, which premiered at SXSW, was acquired by IFC, and became a New York Times Critics’ Pick. He then co-wrote and produced Modus Operandi, which screened at AFI Fest, was released by Kino Lorber, and received positive reviews from critics including Roger Ebert. Swant and Bobby Ciraldo co-directed multiple films including a seminal viral video called What What In the Butt (68 million YouTube views), William Shatner’s Gonzo Ballet (an award-winning documentary starring William Shatner), and Hamlet ADD (Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art premiere). Swant recently directed Silently Steal Away (Hot Docs 2017) starring Justin Vernon (aka Bon Iver), and produced The Dundee Project, which was directed by Mark Borchardt (American Movie) and screened at Fantastic Fest and Slamdance.

Through directing MKE<->LAX and other related agencies, Sara Daleiden focuses on cultural production and exchange through creating social interactions in developing landscapes. With bases in Los Angeles and Milwaukee, she offers support for empathetic, structural development of identity embracing various scales of experimentation, connection and production. Initiatives and platforms encourage active interpretation and embodied exploration of local places valuing public space, civic participation, economic sustainability, pedestrian awareness and celebration of difference.

Danny has been living and working as a cinematographer in Los Angeles for 5 years. He previously worked as a Vatican Tour Guide in Rome, Italy, and as a Grip in New York City. He was born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut, and is an Italian Studies graduate of Wesleyan University.
Rohan Ali is a documentary filmmaker and freelance videographer based in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of Columbia College Hollywood with a B.F.A. in Cinema with an emphasis in Directing. He is co-owner of Förstora Media, a digital production company that produces music videos, documentaries on world music and promotional videos for DJ's from around the world. As a Director of Photography, he has worked on music videos, short length films, and promotional DJ videos.
